Apollo Medical Centre

set the alarm to ring at 8.30am but stuck on the bed for another 45 minutes before i get myself up to prepare to meet Dr.Ong..had a appointment with him today cause he rarely in the clinic...can only see him on Monday and Friday from 9.30am to 11am only...wonder he had another work somewhere else =_= once i reached the Taman Megah area, i called the Apollo Medical Centre and asked for the direction to go to their place..heard from Wei Jin before but don't remember well~~managed to find the place and just in time for the appointment at 10am...went in and he did some diagnose before asking to check for X-Ray...so i went to get the taste of the radiation and turn into X-Men XD he check the x-ray and told me that something underneath the kneecap and patella thin liao..so recommend me to take supplement for 3 month...once i got out from the room, i asked the nurse there if pharmacy are cheaper =P so in the end only paid for the consultation fees and x-ray fees that cost me RM185!! went to the pharmacy nearby and get the Artril medicine that provide glucosamine sulphate (don't asked me what's that)

then called Miko for lunch but she already had plan..thought of going to Sunway for gym but on second thought, i don't want to burden my shoulder that i hurt last year..plus i haven't even eaten anything for breakfast, where got energy for workout =_= hence went to college instead and went to the computer center..saw Ganesan there helping Mr.Ang to set up the computer network..was pretty easy for me but Ganesan don't have a computer at home, so a bit new for him...everyone seem to be doing something in the summer break expect me~~waited for Kevin and gang to finish the IBM training before going for lunch with them at Aman Suria..we went to SSD before that to asked about the next week match with the Singapore poly tech team..wah!! Mr.Hoo where you find those people geh..sure lose lo we!! anyway we did went to check our kidney and other health check organize by the NKF in college..the progress of it was fun la..haha!! need our urine some more XD the scary one was the needle part to get out blood test =_=

after all that, only we went for lunch =P after lunch, fetched them back to college for their second half of the IBM training..so i'm left alone and went to the library to sleep...slept for quite a long time till around 4.30pm...went to the cafeteria for a drink and hang out with the new art student..only knew Chearly and Hui Min there but i made friend fast =P saw Steph and Evelyn smoke and i was like OMG!! they smoke?? O_o went to find Julius in the art class to confirm and apparently Steph started smoking after form 5 and Eve just started no long ago..haihz!! why la want to smoke!! for me if a girl smoke, i totally minus mark no matter how pretty is she!! well~~not my problem also...went to the basketball court and it started drizzling at first but begin raining heavy afterward...haihz!! sienz lo..waited so long in college for basketball and now rain!! so we went to the SSD for some other training, that's ping pong and Foosball's =P but soon after that, the rain stop and we went back to the court for training....shooting free throw and running around the school field~~

after the training, i went for dinner alone at Banana Leaf before driving back to Puchong..once i got home, i found out that the Window XP that i been downloading since Saturday are done..so reinstalled my desktop that on Window 7 system back to Window XP SP3..while waiting for the install progress, i watch the tennis game between Federer and Lu Lee while enjoying the Otak Otak..Federer won the game obviously...once the game ended, the installation on my desktop also completed...so spend the rest of the night, reinstalling the other software before going to sleep...
