so after that...i went to change and start warming up by running the track mile for 10min..but before that i took some powder that Afifi gave me..it actually taste good...he said that it will helps me during the training....then after done warming up...we started the training...it was very tough....i ended up can't raise my hand after that...once i'm done with my training i took a shower and then decided to go to Hartz and buy some food to eat..but the chicken haven't prepare yet...well~~expected since it's only 10.30am...then i went to the hair saloon beside it but Raymond (the hairstylist) wasn't there..so i walk around and ended up eating in Carl's Junior...the funny thing is that...after i order my food..i only realize that my wallet doesn't have enough money to pay for it...it was so embrassing...i rush to the nearest ATM machine to withdraw some money..then i run back to Carl's Junior and pay for the food...i ate until like 11.15am....then i went toTGV to see what time does the movie Dark Night going to start....apparently it start at 11.30am and i only need to fetch the americans at 2pm...so i bought the ticket and thought that the movie might end late..so i sms David and Kevin tell them that i will be late....so~~we change the pick up time to 2.30pm...i enter the cinema to watch the movie alone...to be honest...the movie is GREAT!!! haha..i don't mind watching it the second time...the storyline is just nice...the movie end at 2pm...so basically i have extra time to spend...i drive to Mentari and ate in one of them restaurant in front of McD...,,i sms Kevin to tell him that he can start his journey to the SUN INN (opposite McD)...but~~he was already there with Emily in McD eating....once i done eating i went to find them in McD....waiting for quite awhile but the americans haven't yet to come down and meet us....Emily told me that there is two SUN INN in sunway....so i call Rodney and ask him which one are we suppose to pick them up...and~~we are in the wrong place..we suppose to pick them up in the SUN INN beside Sunway Pyramid...so we rush there and pick them up...but sadly...neither me or Kevin know the way to the FBC....which means we need to pick up Wilson and have him lead the way...well~~we pick up Wilson and he lead us to FBC using Federal Highway...when we reach there...i call David to lead them cause i don't really know FBC...first time here also..haha~~then after we hang out for awhile before going back to the Connexion..when we reach there, a guy name Vincent was setting up the sound system for tonight concert..we sat there until Vincent finishes his set up before heading out to Banana Leaf to eat lunch..Laura didn't follow us because she said that she don't feel like going out....then we went back to Connexion after lunch, i was too tired so i took a nap....seriously i don't even know what happen during my sleep...by the time i woke up...very one was like getting readying to go to FBC...well~~at first i don't want to drive my car there..but suddenly i remember that i need to fetch back the americans back to their hotel when the conference end..so with no other option i drive my car to FBC....we all follow David car to the conference and when we reach there I manage to meet a lot of people that i know..Sherri was there too!!! hahaha
we all chat for awhile before the conference start....we sing worship song's and listen to preach and then sing song's again...everything ended after the song's.....I and Kevin fetch the americans back to the hotel then i drive back to the Connexion for the mini concert...when i reach there...everyone already oder McD for dinner...dang!! i am so hungry and no one wanted to join me for dinner..haha...oh well~~
by the way i also meet this new girl who her name is Charmaine (Laura friend)...having a hard time to pronounce her name and also remembering it..haha...she is a fun girl to chat with la~~
anyway after that their McD food arrive and all of them were busy eating their own food...i ask Laura to bring down her camera so i can took some picture....but when she brought down the camera...the battery was already low...i did ask her to charge the battery this afternoon...guess she didn't huh...took a few picture before the concert start....man this guy is good!!! his guitar skill i superb and i can see that all girl were attracted by him...haha~~Wilson a bit jealous already...after awhile i seriously too hungry already....so me and Wen Wei went to Banana Leaf to eat a so called dinner (supper actually)....on the way he told me something about David wanted to have a meeting for our Frisbee team...well~~can't do much since all of us is on holiday now...when we finish our dinner...we went back to the connexion and apparently the concert already ended...everyone was trying to buy his CD album..i bought one too and ask him to sign his autograph on the CD and also took a picture with him..haha...
after that...I fetch Wilson and Nelson and Sherri back to their house...when i reach home..i took a shower and online for awhile before going to bed...i need to go to bed early because tomorrow i need to wake up at 6.30am and reach the SUN INN hotel at 7.30am to fetch them to FBC for practice....well~~~time to go to bed =)
