today i woke up at 9.45am because i have training with Afifi today in the gym, or else i won't wake up that early la~~before i go to Sunway Pyramid i login to my Facebook account to update my status and also to check if there is any notification..then i drive to Sunway Pyramid, i was late actually because i got stuck in Facebook too long and i didn't even have time to eat my breakfast =(
I went to McD in Sunway Pyramid to grab a burger before going for training, i know it wasn't a good idea to workout straight after you eat but it's even worst you if didn't eat anything before training because you need the energy to lift weight..while I'm eating, i went to see the Asia Skating competition held in Sunway Pyramid and i saw Michael there on the sideline of the ice-ring....he told me that his mother skate and i was surprised to hear that, i mean not to be rude...just that i didn't expect a mother to be participating in this event....I also found out that he workout in California Fitness also..cool~~next time i have a partner to train with =)
after I'm done with the burger, i went for training with Afifi and again he got mad because I'm late...i didn't told him that i was already in Sunway even before the training start....during the training he ask me to renew the training session since today was the last one, he said that he will do it unofficially as in not under California Fitness but under him personally...in other word it's illegal for him~~ well~~i did do the maths and found out that it's a lot cheaper that the promotion offered by the gym, so i agreed to take the personal training session together with the supplement which in total cost me RM500~~it's ok i guess since I'm working part-time also...after the training i took my shower there before going to the ATM machine to withdraw the money for Afifi..once i pass the money to him to called Michael to invite him for lunch but he's already eating lunch with some of his friend and his parents, so i decided to went back to the restaurant nearby my condo to eat lunch later...but before that i drop by USJ Giant to pick up the stuff that i left there last night, i couldn't get the stuff out last night because they only open the gate at 9pm and i finish work at 8pm yesterday so i have no choice to leave the stuff in the store...after that i drive back to Puchong and had my lunch there, i went back home once i finish my lunch...when i reach home, i go change my clothes and went on to log into Facebook to update my status again =P..Henry from New Era College called me to ask me if our team are joining the UCIM match held by New Era College but i told him that i wasn't the one in charge of the team so i gave him Jay Win (our president) phone number and told him to ask him directly...soon after i finish talking with Henry, Michelle from Student Council called me to tell me that we need to wear formal shirt on Wednesday for the Installation Day....gosh!! why the hell you guys need to be so formal in this sort of thing, I'm a senior and i don't get a post...dang!! once done i login into my blog to edit the layout and also posted some picture into the blog that i posted previously...
then i went to take a nap around 5pm until 8pm, when i woke up i again login to Facebook to update my status =) took my dinner at home while watch Anime on my computer and it's has been long since i watch anime and also have dinner at home...then after i done with dinner i go online
